Power Struggle

Recently when I check my site, the page rank is still zero. However, over the last couple of weeks the rank has been jumping from 2 to 0, back and forth. I don't know what's going on with the rank. I check page ranking websites and they say my rank is 2 through Google. When I check on my own, it's bouncing around.

I also found out that the links on the side of the blog doesn't register in search engines, only the links in the blog itself. So now I'm debating whether to link to my site in every blog. I also have to think about Hausman Homes, American Classic Realty and Tip Top Senior Services getting hits to their sties.
